"Using the website was honestly a headache"
I tried shopping on shopapexel.com and it was irritating. The pages felt slow, and some buttons didn’t respond right away, so I kept tapping them again because I had no idea if anything was actually happening.
It was even more annoying on my phone. The layout felt messy, product details were harder to find than they should be, and going back to previous pages felt awkward and clunky.
By the time I got to checkout, I was already fed up. It just didn’t feel smooth at all, and I ended up giving up because placing a simple order should not feel that frustrating.

"Returning an order shouldn’t be this difficult"
I tried to return an order from shopapexel.com, the whole thing has been way more frustrating than it needs to be. It took a long time just to get a response, and then they asked me for more photos and details even though I’d already sent that information. I’m still not sure if I’ll actually get my refund. I get that returns have rules, but basic decency would be keeping customers informed and not making them jump through the same hoops over and over. I won’t be ordering again.

Support kept sending these short, unhelpful replies and then making me wait again with no clear answer. It’s still not properly sorted, which is ridiculous. "Confusing info and rough packaging"
My package showed up looking beat up. The box was super thin and crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside. Luckily the item itself was fine, but I was still disappointed considering what I paid. The website made it seem like it would be packed/protected better, so that was confusing. Not the best first impression.

I bought a lens from APEXEL for my phone because I wanted clearer close-up photos, it doesn’t really live up to what I expected. The product page made it seem like I’d get crisp, detailed shots, but in actual use the sharpness is hit or miss, especially around the edges.
The center of the photo can look decent if the lighting is just right, but a lot of my pictures still came out soft or slightly blurry. It’s not completely useless, but the promises definitely sounded better than the reality, and for the price I expected a lot more. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The box showed up, but it was missing some of the accessories, which was frustrating. I opened it up ready to use it, then realized I couldn’t really set it up properly. Not sure if it was packed wrong or what, but yeah, kind of disappointing because without those parts it’s basically not usable.

I was really hoping shopapexel.com would feel like a solid purchase, but i came away feeling unsure about it. I kept wondering if maybe I was missing something, because for what I paid, I expected a bit more.
The product felt basic to me, and I didn’t get that reassuring “okay, this was money well spent” feeling. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it was disappointing and didn’t really match the price.
I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was a lot cheaper. I just wish there had been more to make me feel confident about the purchase

"Warranty support took too long"
I had to file a warranty claim, the whole process felt slow. I kept having to reach out just to get updates, which got frustrating after a while. They did eventually reply and handle it, but it didn’t really feel like anyone was making much effort. Personally, I’d think twice before relying on their warranty support again.

I tried using the site and, oh my gosh, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I was just trying to find basic info, but everything felt confusing and weirdly hard to navigate, like I was on some kind of scavenger hunt I absolutely did not sign up for. The product itself was fine, but the support experience wasn’t great. I messaged them about my order and ended up waiting a few days just to get a basic reply. Compared to other companies I’ve ordered from, the response time felt really slow, and even when they finally got back to me, it didn’t help much. Not a huge deal if you’re not in a rush, but frustrating if you need a quick answer

"Cheap lens didn’t last"
I figured this lens would be a decent budget option, but the photos came out blurry from the start and the whole thing felt flimsy. This is where it got annoying: after only a short time using it, it basically broke and became useless. i wouldn’t say it’s worth the money.

"Has anyone else had trouble checking..."
Has anyone else had trouble checking out on shopapexel.com? I was trying to pay and the checkout page kept loading really slowly, then my cart total changed once I got to the payment step, which made me uncomfortable.
I also didn’t get a clear confirmation right away, so I couldn’t tell if the order actually went through or not. Maybe it was just me, but it definitely didn’t feel like a smooth checkout, and I ended up giving up.

"Install took forever and was super frustrating"
Getting this installed was a lot more annoying than I expected. The parts didn’t line up easily, and the instructions were unclear, so I kept having to stop and figure out what went where. It felt like I spent half the time just waiting around, rechecking things, and trying to make it fit. Once it’s finally on, it might be fine, but the setup process took way longer than it should have.
